I've pushing myself harder these days. I'm especially trying to paint more, considering that is where I feel lacking the most. I would have liked to work more on the banana and strawberry still life but I didn't have time. I spent about an hour on it.
I'm especially proud of myself for the elfs skin tone. I've always wanted to paint skin like this but never could until now. This is really exciting. I feel like the painting studies are helping me understand light and form better.
I'm seeing improvement in my work and that's what keeps me motivated.
